There is unlimited income potential should you consistently do the activities necessary to gain and keep business; however for example: an average signing is $150 and takes one hour. Say you worked the standard eight hour day: 8x150= $1,200/day.
Yes, should you meet all the requirements necessary and should we have signing opportunities in your area; however we highly encourage you to build your client database to create your own opportunities.
You will need your Notary stamp and Notary journal. You will need transportation to get from one signing to the other. You will need a safe to keep documents secured and locked when away from the vehicle. You will need a printer that can print & scan legal and letter paper. Ideally you would want a printer that is mobile. Blue and black pens.
